If you have difficulty logging in, you can request that your password hint be emailed. At the bottom of the hint email, you will find a link to reset your password. If you have never logged in before, your password should be the last four digits of your SSN.

If you are not being prompted to have your hint emailed, you are not using the correct username. Your username is probably the following:

Last name + first initial

If you request that your password hint be emailed, and you are not getting the email, then you are probably trying to use someone else's username.
